My SEO work began in 1997, before Google was on the scene and before SEO was even an acronym. The big accomplishments at that time were getting a site listed and getting multiple pages listed. There was a lot of trial and error. However, at that time I began using my previously learned skills of testing out theories on websites that I had purchased for that very reason. Thus, any catastrophic idea hurt no one.
I have consulted and done work for State Farm Insurance Companies (Fortune 25) State Farm Bank, GE Capital, and have performed organic SEO work with great success for over 12 years.
